Job description:

 

-      Handle phone calls from customers

-      Set appointment for customers for servicing

-      Assist with service advisors on call centre matters

-      General admin duties

 

Requirements:

 

- Experienced as Receptionist or customer service ground job.

- Customer-oriented with a high level of service attitude

- Hardworking, outgoing and enthusiastic

- Positive attitude

- IELTS certificate with a minimum band of 6.5 would be advantage

 

Working hrs:

8am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)  overtime after 5:30 pm

8am to 1200pm (Alternate Saturday) overtime after 12:00pm
