Cashier (Victoria's Secret Full Assortment)

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide daily cashiering tasks like accepting cash and other forms of payment, records purchased items, give change and produce receipts - Create and maintain a positive relationship with the customers in order to achieve sales goals - Provide high service standards as directed in other areas such as store cleanliness and security within the Cashier counter - Achieve accuracy in handling the cash processing and credit transactions in the retail outlet and Complying the VOID bill as per SOPs - Assist the Store PIC in the areas of cashiering and customer service to achieve the sales goals and other KPIs of the Store - Execute sales strategies and action plans implemented by the Managers - Maintain a tight control on discounting and giveaways/ discontinued products - Ensure all monies and sales transactions are accordance to the operation procedures - Establish or identify prices of goods and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers or optical price scanners and process the sales quickly and efficiently - Handle cash, credit cards, cheques, voucher or automatic debit transactions and issuance of receipts, refunds credits or change to customers and ensuring all credit card process payments are adhered to with proper authorization - Safeguard the Point of Sales and at the end of the shift, to balance the amount of money taken in with the total sales recorded. - Responsible for cashiers documentation and proper cash record and filing - Identifies and surface price discrepancies and system malfunctions and contacts superior - Manages incoming phone calls with appropriate phone etiquette and greetings - Keep abreast of sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service experience to customers - Be responsible to collect Customer Registration Card as per store target - Work with the Manager to best handle customer complaints - Ensure general POS counter housekeeping and maintenance is at acceptable standards - Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the management REQUIREMENTS: - High school certificate with minimum credit/pass in Mathematics - 1 year of retail experience and has cashier background - Must have eye for details - Adapt to teamwork, positive attitude, and willing to learn - Possess good communication skills - Pleasant and good customer service skills - Speak good English and Mandarin / Cantonese both in written and spoken.
