Job Description - Cook

RESPONSIBILITIES

To cook Singapore dishes
To do all prep work for the cooking
Manage the cleanliness of the stall
Ordering of ingredients and supplies
To assist in managing quality of food and service
Ensuring the security and maintenance of company stocks and equipment

REQUIREMENTS

Relevant cooking experience of minimum 2 years is a must
Must be able to perform shift hours
Independent and pro-active
Able to perform with minimum supervision
