Counter Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead a PoS • Ensure client service excellence on PoS • Coach and motivate his/her team of BAs, Specialists, MUAs and product experts • Drive sales and PoS performance • Manage daily PoS operations and relationships with the general store environment REQUIREMENTS: - • 3 years retail management experience • Strong sales and service track record • Interpersonal skills in customer service • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Pleasant disposition and well groomed • Proficient computer skills • Flexibility regarding work hours; ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
