5.5 days work week, Weekdays: 8:30am to 5:30pm & Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm

Responsibilities: 

  • Identifying and responding to customers’ needs by providing technical advice
  • Represent the company in a professional manner as a front line employee
  • Prepare quotation and raise work orders accordingly
  • Update the service/repair schedule and vehicle collection with customers
  • Attend to calls ensuring that customer’s enquires and appointment requests are managed in a prompt and professional manner
  • Performs ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experiences in customer services will be advantage
  • Min GCE O Level / ITE / Diploma in any disciplines
  • Proficient in basic MS office
  • Possesses problem solving ability & a customer-centric mindset
  • Singaporean or PR only
