Customer Service Officer (Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in customers at the counter
• Assist customers in items testing, exchange, tax refund
• Admin duties such as packing, issuing stock, etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 'O' Levels or equivalent
• Experience in customer service and IT knowledge preferred
• Possess initiative & the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, resourceful and a team player
• Knowledge of MS Office applications required
• Shifts Mon-Sun, including PH (10.30am-2pm, 6pm-10pm) at Jurong Point, NEX, Bugis Junction
