Accounting Administrative Assistant

Job Description

• Order-to-cash process: sales orders, invoicing, returns, billing, credit/debit notes etc.
• Replying customer emails, messages, and phone calls
• Assist in the month-end accounts closing activities
• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
• Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits
• Chasing debt for local accounts, following up on late payments
• Scheduling of daily deliveries and coordinate with warehouse and operations team to ensure deliveries are completed smoothly
• Filing & other accounting administrative work
• PO/DO matching and filing
• Generate daily / weekly / monthly reports and statement of accounts as required
• Participate in stock takes and cycle counts
• Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management
