Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive

As an Account Executive you will be reporting to the Chief Accountant.

You will be responsible for the closing of Accounts for Singapore subsidiaries and managing the whole accounting function in Business Units Level.

Job Description:

• This position is a full set accountant reporting to Chief Accountant.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing team both in Singapore and Vietnam
• Ensure compliance to internal policies
• Prepare and compile monthly management and financial reports
• Manage daily accounts functions like Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), Reconciliation and Fixed Asset Management
• Prepare and post journal vouchers and manage general ledger function including revenue recognition
• Ensure all contract commitments are accounted for (Accrual) and all costing are properly recorded
• Prepare quarterly GST report and submission
• Prepare audit schedules
• Liaise with all internal department for reports, external auditors, bankers, tax agents and statutory board

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in, accounting, business or financial management
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in key areas of accounting function
• Vietnamese speaking is a must, Need to communicate with HQ in Vietnam
• Computer Literate, independent with good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MYOB is preferred
• You will be proactive Accounts Executive, prepared to get in detail as well present financial reports to management
• Preferably Singaporeans or PR need apply.
• Ability to commence work immediately or within a short notice preferred.
