Accounts Executive

• Generate invoices and statements.
• Manage fees collection for programme, reconcile cash books.
• Preparation of audit schedules.
• Perform bank reconciliation and manage GIRO bulk collection through internet banking.
• Prepare Profit and Loss, Balance sheet schedules.
• Maintain and keep data system updated.
• Comply with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
• Compile, analyze, and report financial data.
• Develop periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
• Present data to managers, investors, and other entities.
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform audits and resolving discrepancies.
• Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
• Assist management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Perform ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties by management.

Requirements

• Must be certified in  Association of Chartered Certified Accountant, ACCA
• Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 2-years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical, communications and proficient in Microsoft Office software applications.
• Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
• Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Possess a strong spirit of teamwork.
• Highly motivated, committed and dedicated individual.
