Accounts cum Admin Executive

We are seeking Admin cum Accounts Executive to assist the Accountant with the following:- 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the closing of full set of accounts for the companies.
• Preparation of financial reports and audit schedules.
• Preparation of quarterly GST submission.
• Perform data entry
• Perform PIC claim and government grant claim
• Prepare payroll using payroll system
• Assist in any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned by the superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma in Accounting with at least 1 years in accounting and finance.
• Well versed in computerized accounting system and MS office.
• Possess initiative with a positive attitude
• Ability to meet high standards and deadlines
• Work independently, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be Singaporeans, Long Term Visit Pass and Malaysians as we do not have quota
