Android Engineer

- Responsible for the native development, iterative upgrade and bug fixing of Android applications, completing interface development, business logic implementation and interface joint debugging based on Android SDK and Kotlin/Java languages.

- Participate in the requirement analysis and technical solution design of Android applications, formulate reasonable development plans according to product requirements, and ensure that development tasks are completed on time and with high quality.

- Optimize the performance of Android applications, including startup speed, page fluency, memory usage, power consumption control, etc., and solve problems such as application lag, crash and compatibility.

- Cooperate with the testing team to complete application testing, analyze test feedback, quickly locate and fix problems, and ensure that the application meets the launch standards.

- Pay attention to new technologies and features of the Android platform (such as Jetpack, Compose, etc.), conduct technical research and implementation according to project needs, and improve development efficiency and product quality.

- Collaborate efficiently with product, design and back-end teams, sort out pain points of requirements, provide reasonable technical solutions, and promote the continuous optimization of product experience.

- Participate in the compilation and maintenance of front-end development specifications and technical documents, promote the standardization of the team's development process, and help improve the team's technical capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related majors, with 1-3 years or more of Android native development experience. Candidates with experience in complete online projects are preferred.
• Proficient in Java/Kotlin programming languages, with in-depth understanding of core knowledge such as Android SDK, four major components, layout principles and event distribution mechanism.
• Proficient in development tools such as Android Studio and Git, master technologies such as common layouts (XML/Compose), network requests (OkHttp/Retrofit), and data storage (SharedPreferences/SQLite/Room).
• Have good code standards and programming habits, and be able to independently complete module development, problem troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Understand the process of Android application packaging, signing and launching; candidates familiar with the review rules of application markets are preferred.
• Possess strong communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving skills and learning ability, be able to quickly adapt to business changes, and have a sense of responsibility and team spirit.
• Experience in hybrid development (such as Flutter+Android), audio and video development, and in-vehicle Android development is preferred.
