Cost Analyst (Product) Manufacturing

Our client is a precision engineering manufacturer with strong presence in APAC region. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Cost Analyst to be part of their FP&A team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North Area - easily accessible.

Responsibility Cost Analyst:

• Analyze product costs, including materials, labor, and overhead, to ensure accurate cost structures.
• Conduct variance analysis and improve cost allocation accuracy using the ERP system.
• Develop and maintain standardized costing methodologies across all sites.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to gather data for cost analysis.
• Support FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare cost reports and provide insights to guide decision-making and profitability.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve costing processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and assist with audits related to product costs.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Finance / Accountancy or any related field
• Minimum 3 - 5 years analysis experience in product costing from manufacturing or similar setting
