Finance Assistant

Responsibilities:,

• Generate invoices, debit and credit note
• Handles Account Payable (AP) / Account Receivable (AR)
• Daily settlement of credit card/ NETS machine
• Assist with filing of documentation
• Preparation of Daily and Monthly reports 
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties when requires
• Possess a minimum of Diploma and above
• Candidates with relevant work experience and/or accounting knowledge will have added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office application and Xero would be advantage

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Min. Diploma in relevant field
• 1 year of book keeping experience and/or experience in AR/AP

Working hours: 5-days work week (4 days on weekdays 11am-8pm + 1 days on weekends 11am-8pm)
