Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts

• Monitor and prepare daily and periodical Cashflow Report & Reconciliation and Rolling Forecast (weekly, monthly) in complete, accurate and timely manner

• Reconciliation of trades

• Preparation of fund & customer accounts

• Preparation of regulatory filing relating to fund manager account

• Responsible for keeping track of the client’s daily transactions

• Coordinating and/or processing payments and other transaction.

• Preparing and present financial reports to management

• Liaise with auditor, tax agent and banks

• Up-to-date with Government relevant regulations and grants

• Ensure security on financial database (backups) and proper handling on confidential information

• Filing for claims and invoices

• Ad-hoc tasks as instructed by management


Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, LCCI or equivalent.

• Min 3 year related working experience or fund accounting experience.

• Integrity, detail-oriented and organized in works

• Able to act and operate independently with minimum supervision to accomplish tasks

• Able to meet assigned deadlines

• Able to excel in start-up company set -up

• Excellent documentation skills

• Mature, adaptable, meticulous and organized

• Knowledge of Xero system, Fund & Asset management, MAS Form 1 & 2 computation experience will be highly regarded

• Hands-on knowledge of full sets with at least 2 cycle

• Available immediately or short notice
