Job Description:
As a Financial Consultant, we facilitate our client in managing their finances.
Our service combines financial and investment advice which includes plans to help with:
- Wealth accumulation
- Retirement planning
- Education planning
You will be helping clients to develop:
- Better understanding of their individual's status
- Insurance planning solutions based on clients’ needs, concern and financial risk appetite
- And work towards increasing the clients’ wealth by achieving their financial goals at various milestones, such as providing for their retirement and children’s education, and also addressing their wealth protection needs through using our wide range of insurance financial solutions.
After plans are developed, you will meet regularly with clients to update:
- Review and re-balance their financial portfolio
- Investigate whether additional services are needed
- Goal of proactively building a long-term client relationship
- Always keep track on client’s progress towards their financial goals through regular reviews of their insurance financial plans.
- You will need to be honest and sincere when dealing with clients in order to build our business based on trust, passion, professionalism with a sense of accountability to your clients.
- To help you succeed in your role, you will be attending a 10 weeks structured training program. Thereafter, you will have weekly training and coaching to further develop you. You will also have 1-to-1 sales mentor-ship, coaching and guiding you in this journey to success.
Job Scope:
- Formulate and execute marketing and prospecting strategies
- Develop Wealth Management strategies
- Preparation for appointments/ meetings
- Update and generate reports, maintain proper filing and record retention
- Client servicing and relationship building
Requirements:
- Independent, good interpersonal skills, teachable, positive, driven, self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Must be effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin. (Due to liaise with Mandarin client's speaking)
- At least 21 years and above, this is a regulatory requirement.
- Candidates must possess at least a full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent.
