Group Senior Accountant

1. Primary Responsibilities

• To be responsible for all the financial activities which include full sets of accounts, financial controls, corporate secretarial, preparation of annual financial and budgeting reports, preparation of projects’ DCF report.

2. Job Description

2.1 Responsible for full set of accounts of 5 subsidiaries. Annual AGM, AR and familiar with XBRL for tax filing

2.2 Ensure accurate and timely delivery of semi-annual financial reports including analysis and commentaries on variances

2.3 Ensure financial and statutory reports are in compliance with SFRS/IFRS

2.4 Prepare budgeting reports and project’s discounted cash flow report based on project’s basis

2.5 Liaising with external auditor on auditing matters

2.6 Familiarize with Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia statutory matters and tax compliance requirements

2.7 Corp Secretarial to all subsidiaries

2.8 Any other duties to be assigned by the management from time to time

3. Knowledge and Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, CPA and Certified Corp Secretarial is preferred

• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in handling full set of accounts and related field;

• Experience in consolidation of discounted cashflow, income projections and bookkeeping

• Experience of working in a project-based business, handling Project Accounting and dealing with auditors

• Meticulous, able to work independently and be a good team player with good inter-personal skills

• Expert understanding of all MS Office tools and ability to adapt to new digital tools and accounting software

• Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

• Good team player, driven and able to deliver results within tight deadlines

• Willing to travel at times
