We are hiring a HR & Account senior executive to join our team. The company is a tech start-up and looking for that individual that have the skill set in accounting and HR management.

Job Description

Candidate must possess at least

At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field

Required Skill(s):

Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.

Candidate will act as a General HR for this job position.

Process payroll for workers 

Application of work passes etc

Process invoices

Maintain & upkeep on employee P-File (hardcopy & softcopy) 

Responsible for registration & renewal of Coretrade, Multi-Skill, CSOC and other training courses

Process claim reimbursement

Data Entry, Filing and Document Organisation

Experience with using HR Software Timesoft is an added advantage

Xero software

Some accounting background preferred

Any other matters as required by Management
