Admin Accounts Administrative

Job Scope:

• Respond and resolve all customer enquiries
• Manage accounting entries using Xero. Verify daily transactions & invoices. Generate monthly sales & aging reports.
• Manage online listing, inventory and fulfillment across all platforms.
• Manage warehouse inventory, forecast and reorders. Prepare Purchase Order, coordinate with suppliers/forwarder for invoices & incoming stocks.
• Monitor and manage dealers/partners accounts & coordinate inventory fulfillment.
• Any ad hoc tasks include stocktake and day to day admin supportive role.

Skills:

• Diploma or higher
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Xero accounting system
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Resourceful, good prioritizing & problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment & work independently

• Working hours: 9.30am - 6.30pm, 5.5 days per week.
