Responsibilities
• Compilation and checking of service report
• Verifying & matching of works order for billing purposes
• Data entry and generate reports
• Prepare customers contract paperwork
• Provide administrative support to customer service department
• Ad-hoc duties as assign by the Superior
Requirements
• With 1-2 years' experience in administrative related works
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Excel and Word
• Able to communicate well in both English and Mandarin
• Willing to perform overtime when necessary
• Able to commence employment immediately or within short notice
• Singaporeans Only
