RESPONSIBILITIES:
- performing routine office tasks of Billing operation - handles phone calls, taking orders, issue invoices, delivery orders, invoices, data entry, filing, etc
- handles incoming email, forwarding emails to relevant personnel
- any other general admin duties as assigned related to billing department
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School GCE "N" or "O" level
- Mature and good personality with strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS office and excel
- responsible and meticulous
- Must be able to work independently under minimum supervision and ability to work within stipulated deadline
- able to work in face paced working environment
- full time position
- bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
- working hours are from 9am to 6pm Mon to Fri.
- 5 days work/week
- able to start work ASAP is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
