Job Description - Admin Assistant, 5 days, 12pm-8pm, $2,000/month(4+1 weekend)

Location: Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre

Salary: $2,000/month
Working hours: 12pm to 8pm, 4 weekdays + 1 weekend
*Cannot off 2 days in a row, work will pile up and impact our operation.

Note: Due to covid, office will be under a non-air-conditioned environment, fans are provided instead.

Attire: Any casual wear as long you're comfortable

Job Scope:

Data entry - PO/DO/Invoices - customers & suppliers
Answer customer calls, take orders, handle complaints
Book-keeping
Maintain office cleanliness
Order stocks from suppliers
Tally bills from incoming stocks(stock-take
fleet management (booking of service appt/delivery lot/vicom inspection/etc)
GST-excel data entry.
Other task when assigned by superior*
