Job Description - Admin Assistant (Gul Road) - (RL)

Responsibilities

To support the Production & Logistics Department.
Preparation of shipping documentations (such as Import/Export, delivery orders, Invoices, etc)
Updating of Shipment / delivery schedules data into system
Any other ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements

Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level/ NITEC or its equivalent
At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in supporting production & logistics
Computer skills in MS Office

Working hours – Monday to Friday (9.00 am to 5.30 pm)
