Job Description - Admin Assistant / Office Clerk

Position: Admin Assistant

Location: Tuas (Company Transport Provided)

Working Hours: 5 days, 8am – 5.30pm

Salary: Up to $1800 + OT + AWS + VB

Duration: 1 year renewable contract

Industry: Marine

Responsibilities:

Data Entry
Filing and Scanning
Preparing documents for meeting

Requirements:

GCE 'O' LEVEL
Pc Literate, good in Microsoft Excel
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
