Admin Assistant - Retail Sales Support

Job Description


Duties and responsibilities

· Detailed and sales-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Liaise daily with retail customers, department manager, supervisor, staff and salesperson on any out of stock situation, manage inventory, stock rotation FIFO (First In First Out) and upkeep merchandising display in retailer stores.

· Able to communicate a liaise well with the sales team, retail admin, supermarket department managers, supervisors and staff to address and solve any issues that may arise on its daily basis.

· Expected to conduct in store sampling from time to time to promote products.


Qualifications

· Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels or its equivalent

· Able to speak, read & write English.

· Proficiency in a second language like Chinese, Malay, will be an advantage.

· Related supermarket experience in the retail industry will be an advantage.

· Quick thinking and handling of situations in a creative setting and a fast-paced environment where each day brings new challenges and rewards.

· Commercially astute & sensitive when representing the company’s good namesake.

· 5.5 Days , Alternate Saturday.
