Job Description - Admin Executive cum Personal Assistant

Anywheel is a dynamic innovative tech and lifestyle company based in Singapore. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Admin Executive cum Personal Assistant to support our CEO in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Executive Support:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling travel arrangements.
    Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence and prioritizing communication.
  2. Office Management:Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
    Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties as needed.
  3. Meeting Coordination:Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all necessary logistics are in place.
    Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and presentations as required.
  4. Documentation and Filing:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documents, ensuring confidentiality and security.
    Assist in the preparation and editing of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  5. Special Projects:Assist in occasional stocktaking, packing, and arrangement for the delivery of gifts.
    Participate in and support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Discretion and confidentiality are crucial due to the nature of the role.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
