Administrative Assistant

A strong administration assistant is critical for a winning company. We are looking for a reliable administration assistant to join our team. As a “jack of all trades”, you will assume administrative roles ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work proficiently.

The individual should ideally be someone who;

• possess superb communication skills (in both English and Chinese)
• has a detail-oriented mindset
• is comfortable dealing with unfamiliar matters
• is a flexible problem solver
• is self-driven and willing to learn

Responsibilities of the administrative assistant will be divided into different areas and the incumbent will report directly to the General Manager.

• Assist in general administrative duties such as filing, scanning and photo-copying
• Receptionist duties such as receiving guest and ensure safe workplace measures
• Process and data entry for sales analysis reports as well as raw materials pricing
• Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of delivery platform applications
• Assist Marketing department task such as coordination of delivery, the printing of marketing materials etc
• Assist HR department in control of inventory such as staff uniform and administering employee benefits
• Ad-hoc admin matters
