LEAP - An accessible and affordable alternative to car ownership
Empowering customers with financial flexibility through a commitment-free and affordable alternative to car ownership in Singapore
UBI (Usage Based Insurance) with NTUC Income - A new normal for car insurance
Providing greater transparency and ensuring fairness in car insurance payments for drivers as they are only charged based on their exact usage
With Singapore as the proof of concept for CARRO, the best practices are developed and honed locally before being exported to across the region. As an Associate with the Core Business team, you may also be provided with the opportunity to work in our regional branches in locations such as Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia, where you will be tasked to assist the development and execution of business goals, as well as special projects aimed at propelling CARRO’s growth and reputation within the industry at large.

Responsibilities
Gain direct experience operating in different parts of our marketplace business
Participate in business development discussions to set and provide direction for our tech-driven business goals
Partner closely with the Core Business Manager on high-value projects and prioritise tasks to ensure successful implementation
Support the Core Business team in the translation of strategic ideas into actionable goals
Play a crucial role in managing timelines and mitigating risks in the line of business, while building a remarkable reputation for our brand
Stay-up-to-date on the latest automotive technology trends and come up with innovative ways to incorporate and implement cutting edge technologies into our products and services
Assist in the collection and organisation of actual performance data for monthly evaluation of business performance
Report directly to and work closely with Head of Singapore Marketplace
Requirements
No experience required
Adaptable, extremely driven and goal oriented
Sharp and analytical problem-solving skills
Collaborative, astute, and a team player
Strong communication and organisational skills
Highly resourceful and expedient in completing projects
Motivated to deliver amazing work
Passion for and a strong interest in cars will be advantageous
