Contract Administrator / Quantity Surveyor

FAST FLOW SYSTEMS PTE LTD is a Specialist low pressure pipework manufacture, design & supply company, operating throughout Asia Pacific to the construction industry.

Our supply is mainly to medium & large construction Projects, our portfolio of projects is between 10 to 20 live projects at any given time, with a project value ranging between SGD 20K to 300K as an average, we do embark on special projects that could be over SGD 1 M. 

We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator cum Quantity Surveyor based in Singapore. We have several in house project control system process. Full training will be provided. 

We are looking for a career minded team player, with ability also to operate on their own initiative, reporting to & supported by our Commercial Manager. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Contract Administration 
  
• Control projects from Order status
• Preparation of project design BOQ, Schedules Of Rates, material inventory control & invoicing
• Ability to maintain accurate project records from order through to completion Final A/C
• Interface and support Divisional HOD throughout Asia Pacific
• Utilising in-house Project control system processes

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. 
  
• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Contracts Management with proven practical working experience
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in Excel software
• Immediate or ability to commence within short notice period is preferred
