Customer Service/Logistics Executive (Quotation/ Purchase Order/ Delivery)

• Position : Customer Service/Logistics Executive (Quotation/ Purchase Order/ Delivery)
• Location : Loyang Lane (Direct buses from Bedok, Tampines and Pasir Ris right in front of office)
• Working hours : 8.30am – 5.30pm; 5 days work; 1 day WORK FROM HOME every week
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + AWS + Performance bonus + 14-18 Days Annual leave + Medical claim
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Manufacturer and supplier of equipment

Main Responsibilities:

• Create sales quotation upon request from customers or sales team.
• Order entry and follow-up with customers on the delivery dates, including system projects order entry, PO placement with source and logistics matters.
• Releasing of shipment for pick/pack.
• Co-ordinating with freight forwarders for pickup.
• Support Field Service on service order and billing.
• Manage quality complaints between customers and source plant.
• Update equipment parts lead time.
• Follow-up on incoming shipments (equipment parts) including system projects.
• Ad-hoc activities or administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'A' Level or Diploma level
• Knowledge of PC-Work (MS-Office: Excel etc.)
• Experience in liaising with international customers
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
