E-commerce Customer Service & Admin Assistant

Have a passion for E-commerce and want to learn more about the rapidly growing industry?

We are looking for an individual whom has good initative, able to handle tasks independently, willing to learn and able to work in a team well.

Job Scope includes:
o    Customer service - replying to customers in a friendly and helpful demeanour
o    Simple graphic editing and design - an eye for design
o    Administrative duties - running of sales reports, other adhoc duties
o    Online portal maintenance including but not limited to items daily maintenance, stock management, campaign execution

• Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
  
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (in order to communicate with Chinese speaking customers feedback and request)
  
• 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
  
• Simple knowledge of photo editing software is an advantage.
  
• Required Skill(s): customer service, marketing, administrative skills, Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint) skills
  
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in E-commerce or equivalent.
