As an Executive, Clinical Education, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide administrative support for the planning, development and management of clinical education programmes and activities
• Handle collection, maintenance and upkeep of training data and other essential documents, including training materials, schedules, evaluations and reports, in preparation for audits by internal and external stakeholders.
• Work internally with administrative and clinical leads in planning, implementation and evaluation of faculty development initiatives and activities.
• Support the development of policies for clinical education and training
• Administrative and secretariat support for clinical education and training related matters.
• Coordinate and support projects under the department’s responsibility and undertake its work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with P&OD team to contribute to cross-cutting projects or organisation wide projects.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Clinical Director (Clinical Education & Training) and supervisors

Requirements:

• Degree with at least relevant experience in the healthcare sector and or in a learning and development capacity
