Fitness Centre Receptionist

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year customer service/hospitality experience is preferred
  
• Minimum GCE O’/N’ Levels qualification, or higher.
  
• Professional hospitality accreditation will be preferred.
  
• Interest and passion in fitness/wellness will be an advantage

Communication & Social Skills

• Able to communicate with English effortlessly 
• Able to exude vibrancy and dynamism at all times
  
• Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people, and has a warm and engage demeanor
• Ability to access circumstances, empathize and offer help

Job Description

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  
• Manage front desk on a daily basis and to perform administrative and clerical tasks
  
• Towel handouts and front desk logistic management
  
• Temperature check and safe entry check in and out
  
• Managing and overseeing safe distances and practices of gym users
  
• Performing ad-hoc administrative duties out of fitness center
  
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  
• Maintain reception area and all common area in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
  
• Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor’s request.
