PART-TIME / FULL-TIME Front Desk Admin – Happy Paws

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to help manage both the front-end and back-end of our shop. The Admin’s responsibilities include checking in the dogs and providing the relevant services for their sessions. These range of services include (but are not limited to): warmly greeting customers, taking out collar and leash of dogs, putting on swimming diapers (Yes! Swimming diapers!), shower and blow-dry if needed, communicating with clients and making sure they understand the process at the shop, providing regular progress updates to clients, and teaching clients the benefits of swimming for dogs. You should also be able to answer clients' questions regarding the benefits of hydrotherapy, Company’s services and Company vision.

To be successful, you should be patient and understanding towards the customer’s needs and questions. The Admin should have excellent communication, dog handling, and people skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with dogs
• Love for dogs
• Patient and enthusiastic
• Problem-solving and time management skills
• Effective communication skills

Requirements

• Ensuring that the areas are clean and tidy.
• Shower and blow dry when necessary
• Admin work for both Front-end and Back-end
• Preferred to have some experience in Dog handling
• Communicating with customers and staff
• Work on weekends will be required

Remuneration will commensurate according to experience and relevant credentials.
