HR Executive / Office Manager

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Working closely with the company's leadership team to ensure collaborative work culture in line with company values
• Implement policy areas (such as staff performance, and health & safety) in line with local regulation and Head Office policies
• Working closely with our finance team, undertake salary review, administer payroll and maintaining employee records, including leave and over-time calculation
• Ensure foreign workers’ records are aligned with legal requirements
• Manage recruitment and selection process – Develop job descriptions, preparing job advertisements, checking application forms, shortlisting and support Line Manager in interviewing and selecting candidates
• Ability to develop HR planning strategies and training together with line managers based on requirement of staff
