Operations Executive/Area Supervisor

Key Tasks:

• To provide assistance with management of cleaning operations with directions from Operation Manager.

• Provide operational support and coordinate with residential and commercial clients to ensure quality service delivery.

• Help in carrying out of general cleaning, spring cleaning, carpet cleaning, mattress cleaning, upholstery cleaning for homes and offices.

• Assist in development and review of operations plan to improve work procedures and quality service delivery.

• Manage and supervise a pool of cleaners, providing on-site and off-site training and inspection.

• Ensure cleaning teams adhere to safety measures to during cleaning operation.

• Maintain stock and inventory.

Requirements:

• Min GCE N Level with 1 year of experience in cleaning or related field.

• Singaporean/PR

• Possess valid Class 3/3A Driving License

• Able to communicate well to both internally and externally

• Able to manage their time well

• Positive working attitude and self-driven

• Able to handle conflicts

• Work well under pressure

• 6 Days work week
