Recruitment cum Admin Officer

• Identifying Candidates, schedule and conduct interviews

• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.

• Able to post effective advertisements online thru various online job portals and social media

• Liaise with government bodies pertaining to Work permit, Security licence application matters and etc.

• Maintain all employee data and update of information changes

• Perform all administration duties and filing

• Update internal databases for employment matters

• Handle banking-related errands

• Any additional administration duties will be assigned from time to time

• Any other jobs as assigned by the HR Manager

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 'O' Levels and Polytechnic Diploma holders

• Good communication skills, meticulous and detailed

• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

• Fluent in English & Mandarin (In order to communicate with Mandarin speaking candidates)

• No work experience required. Training will be provided.
