Job Description - Retail Cum Admin

Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in customers politely
Maintain our web chat and social media enquiries
Receive, Prepare and Pack online parcels everyday and ensure they are collected by our delivery partners
Prepare for customisation orders for production
Ensure all customer walk-in and online orders are fulfilled timely
Minor housekeeping of shop front. Ensure the shop is always sanitised, clean, and neat.
Maintain/check stock levels for shop's products
Actively involve in receiving of deliveries
Schedule for weekly deliveries
Ad hoc admin jobs

Requirements:

Self motivated individual
Cheerful and Friendly.
Customer-oriented
Meticulous in duties
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
