SALES COORDINATOR

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of sales operation support services.
• Perform Sales Duties.
• Attend to call/fax/email/walk-in customer enquiries.
• Handle sales-related administrative work as assigned.
• Sales documentation and coordination.
• Creation, Maintenance & Updating of database records using In-House programs and others.
• Liaising and Co-ordination with internal department and external parties.
• Any duties as assigned by superior.

Specification

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels
• Minimum 1 or 2 years relevant experience will be advantageous
• Must be computer literate
• Effectively bilingual
• Meticulous, diligent and positive working attitude
• Able to commerce work immediately or in short notice
• Singaporean or PR may apply
• 5-day work week (Working hours : 9.00am – 6.30pm)
