Shipping Cum Admin Assistant

We are an established wholesale trade (importers/exporters) looking for a suitable candidate for the following position:
Job scope :- 
•	Preparation , checking & handling full sets of import/export shipping documents (Invoice / Packing list / BL / AWB , etc)
•	Handle day to day operations and transaction in the forwarding area
•	Liaising with supplier , forwarder & customer
•	Ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents
•	Responsible for timely invoicing, verifying supplier cost and shipment report
Requirement :- 
•	Well versed with Export Shipping Procedures and Documentation
•	Good eye catching in paper work, meticulous 
•	Proficient with MS-Office, MS-Excel 
•	Ability to prioritize work, well organized, good coordination and follow up skills
•	Customer service oriented and able to work independently
•	Provide support for ad-hoc administrative duties
