Spa Receptionist

The company is an establish 24hrs Spa & Recreation Centre. Looking for serious working adult to fill in the position as Full-Time Receptionist.


Basic + Performance Allowance + Commission



- Handle walk in and phone call reservations

- Provide professional recommendations on treatments

- To implement, administer and ensure guest information updated accurately

- Respond to guest alerts and other communication required by guests

- Cashiering duties

- Arrangement of therapist jobs

- Reccommend membership package to clients

- Conduct spa tours for new clients

- Other administrative duties as assigned


Requirements


- Good customer service and communication skills

- Teamwork
- Female working environment
- Biligual in chinese and english 

- Willing to work shift hour from 12pm-9pm/2pm-11pm/11pm to 8am

- Willing to work on weekends and public holiday

- Working location at 102 Guillemard Road (5 mins walk from Mountbatten MRT station)
