Audit / Appeal / Admin Executive (3 months, Grant Application)

• Review appeal and re-appeal cases to determine eligibility based on stipulated criteria
• Examine documentation and declaration by applicants to detect any anomalies
• Assess extenuating circumstances and escalate cases based on rationale and guidelines
• Follow up on cases that require additional documents including calling applicants
• Ensure proper tracking of documents and updating of data file
• Administrative tasks such as mailing of notification letters, when required

• Training in Accountancy and/or Audit
• Must have relevant audit work experience, preferably 2-3 years in internal/external audit
• Analytical thinking and meticulous with eye for details
• Organised and able to work under tight timelines
• Comfortable to handle confidential personal data and information
• Proficient in Microsoft outlook, office applications in particular MS Excel
