Customer Service Associate

Job Scope:

• Assist customers through phone calls, email and WhatsApp to manage enquiries and arrange spa bookings.
• Communicate spa offers to the clients.
• Selling of spa packages and products.
• Cashering and manage daily sales settlement.
• Posses beauty related or customer service certificate will be an advantage
• Identify the needs of prospects and extend professional aesthetic advice and solutions to them.
• Engage and establish relationships with prospects from the daily-assigned pool of leads.
• Conduct sales pitch to prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
• Capture mindshare and build market presence in the aesthetic industry.
• Provide exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain a good after-sales relationship with clients and ensure their inquiries are handled promptly.
• Act as a subject matter expert on aesthetic treatments, procedures and technology and stay up to date on developments in the aesthetic industry.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor or Management.

Requirements:

• 4off day per month, able to work during weekends and public holidays
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Applicants should be presentable, professional and well-groomed
• Preferably at least 1 years experience in front line customer service
• Preferably experience from the hospitality or spa industry
• Education & Certification: 
• At least Higher secondary and NiTEC/Diploma 
• Well-groomed, proactive and self-motivated.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• No prior aesthetic experience is required.
• Language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin speaking clients.
