Energia Therapy Assistant cum Sales

Position: Therapist Cum Sales (Part-time/Full-time)

Basic Salary: S$8/hour

Working Days: 5 - Mon to Sat, close on Sun & Public Holidays

Working Hours: 10am to 7pm for Mon to Sat. Close on Sun & Public Holidays / One week day off

Centre Location: Energia @ The Adelphi - 1 Coleman Street (MRT: City Hall)

Job Description:

Therapy Sessions

• Attend to clients Power Recharge and Power Detox therapy session with utmost hygiene and care
• Serve clients with high standard hospitality
• Maintain cleanliness of therapy centre at all time with simple cleaning
• Carry and stock up outlets with products
• Involves physical contact with mostly lady customers.

Client’s Follow Up

• Contact clients regularly to follow up about their therapy experience or appointments
• Attend to each client’s concern and queries professionally
• Able to converse in English and Chinese because there is a need to communicate with Chinese speaking customers who are proficient in either of the 2 languages.

Sales

• Be attentive to client’s needs and recommend suitable therapy packages or Energia products for them to own
• Help in road shows as required by head office
• Help at corporate sales during lunchtime talks as required by head office
• Help on regular mobile services (outside Centre) as required by head office
