Sales Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to required services and sales of products and services. 
• Assist in maintaining service room cleanliness and good housekeeping standards.
• Assist in compiling monthly report for stock order.
• Responsible for staff work schedules, activities, client service standards.
• Maintaining stock inventories, spa hygiene standard, safety.
• Arrange staff training for new treatment and product.
• Respond to customer inquiries or complaints.
• Maintain client databases.
• Check spa equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Serve the clients with love and care by providing excellent quality services.
• Working closely with Marketing Department for new promotion increase sales.
• Provide excellent recommendations to customer using her best knowledge to meet their individual requirements.
• Accountable to achieve revenue target and ensure high customer retention rate.
• Any other tasks assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements: 

• At least 1 to 2 years relevant experiences in beauty industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales driven and goal oriented
• Able to handle different types of customers
