Senior Beauty Therapist cum Beauty Advisor

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform facial services and body treatments

- Experience in handling customers and selling product is a must

- Provide after facial customer service and follow-up appointments with customers

- Manage counter processes and operation given by the counter in-charge

- Educate customers on the products and informing them on promotions

- Achieve monthly sales targets and compile daily sales tracking

- Inventory Management and conduct monthly stock take 

- Participate in workshops outside of sales floor

- Keep track of the Loyalty Card programs and updating of customer database

- Provide assistance for all Company's events 

- Would be an advantage to have boutique experience

Job Requirement:

- Minimum two (2) years experience as a Therapist beauty cosmetic industry (retail experience would be an advantage)

- Simple counter operation experience such as POS, cashiering and ordering of stocks related to cabin 

- Ability to engage and stay connected with customers and attentive follow-up skills

- Have the potential and willing to be groomed for the next level
