Call Center Agent

Overview

• Location: Greenwich / Bus 72
• 5 Days of work per week.
• Rotating shift / Based on roster.
• Learning and Growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers.
• To make an effort to understand both internal and external customers, anticipate customer needs and give high priority to customer satisfaction.
• To provide satisfactory explanations to customers and take remedial action where necessary.
• To provide pro-active feedback to the customer to ensure that the committed ETA is respected.
• To alert superior of recurring service failures so that corrective actions may be taken to avoid future problems.

Requirements

• PC literate, proficient in MS Office.
• Strong customer service and good communication skills.
• Able to perform multiple tasks and work independently.
• Proficient in English and one other language.
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
