Description
  • To lead a team of Customer Service Officers in providing customer service to callers
  • Manage & resolve customer’s complaints & feedback
  • Support the manager in highlighting operational issues and areas for improvement
  • Assist in manpower planning of team, including leave planning
  • Ensure quality and KPI of team is met in a timely manner
  • All other ad-hoc administrative duties
