Contact Centre Officer (24 hours rotating shifts, 6 days work week)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and technical support
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage

Job Requirements:

• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• MUST have at least minimum 5 'O' levels passes with credit in English
• Conversant in English and Mandarin (to handle Mandarin speaking residents) with good communication etiquette
• Must be matured and able to to adapt easily to a call centre environment
• Able to work under pressure, prioritize work, multi-task and attention to details

This role will be on a Rotating Shift:

Morning - 7:30am to 3:15pm

Afternoon - 3:15pm to 10:45pm

Night - 10:45pm to 7:30am

Working Days: 6 days per week
