Customer Service Executive / Up to $3.5K / East

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written communication to customers in Bahasa Indonesia
• Provides prompt and efficient service to users including appropriate escalation of any issues.
• Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
• Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning
• Demonstrates strong problem solving capabilities and assist customers in case of any issues

Requirements

• 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service 
  
• Demonstrates effective communication, composure, and professional attitude
• Basic knowledge of how digital payments work required ( training will be provided)
• Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality & productivity
• Others Candidate must be open to working shifts
• 5 working days week
