Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Requirements
- Answering of incoming phone calls for enquiries
- Replying of emails for customer enquiries
- Calling of customers for confirmation of orders
- Handling and closing of customer complains, service recovery
- Keying in of orders
- Administrative duties
- Required to to be strong in English and Mandarin language
